The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Procedure of Import (Shipping), Customs Clearance and Taxation of Personal Belongings, Commodities and Vehicles that are imported (shipped) in Ukraine by the Citizens"

The Law amends the current Law in order to enhance the mechanism for determination of taxation basis for goods received by international postal shipping.

The Bill (Reg. No.0906) was upheld at the First and Second Reading, and in its entirety.
